Some of our users' mice freeze when trying to click "Accept and run" in the license agreement.
If you are using a laptop mouse or trackpad, please ensure you are clicking on the mouse button on the trackpad, rather than tapping with your finger.
There is a quick, simple, and easy solution for this:
Step 1: On your Keyboard locate the TAB key.
Step 2: Hit the TAB Key, until you see a black dotted box go around the "Accept and Run" button.
Step 3: Hit Enter on your Keyboard.
That's it! Once you have followed the 3 steps above the FixMeStick should begin to scan your computer.
