Step 1: Run Your FixMeStick
Click on the "Reboot and Launch FixMeStick" button.
Step 2: Enter Advanced Boot Options
Your computer will reboot and start the FixMeStick. When you see the message shown below, hit any key on your keyboard to bring up the Advanced Boot Options.
Note: On Windows 8/8.1 and 10, a different message will appear at the bottom of the screen, not the top. This message is "The highlighted entry will be started automatically in 8s."
Step 3: Select A Boot Option
Once you hit any key you will see 6 advanced boot options. Move and select the desired boot option using the arrow keys on your keyboard. When the option is highlighted press ENTER.
Note: For Windows 8/8.1 and 10 computers, you will only see three advanced boot options ("FixMeStick," "Failsafe 1," and "Failsafe 2").
If the FixMeStick does not start, hold down the power button for 5 seconds to turn off your computer. Then repeat the previous steps in this article to select a different boot option until you determine the option that works on your computer.
