Customer Improvement Program

At the beginning of your first FixMeStick scan you will be prompted to agree to the FixMeStick licensing agreement, further details on this agreement can be found here. Below this agreement is a checked box that enrols users in the "Customer Improvement Program."  The purpose of this program is to collect information for the improvement of the FixMeStick.

In the unlikely event of problem scans or getting started difficulties the Customer Improvement Program is a resource for our support staff and engineering team that provides scan information that can be key to improvement of the product. The information gathered is purely technical and does not include any private information. Please see our privacy policy for the further information. 

In order to opt-in to this program, please open the FixMeStick.exe application and click on the settings button at the top of the Window. You will see a screen with the option to perform a Factory Upgrade. Below that button there will be the same check box beside "Allow FixMeStick to send data that will help us improve the product. We will treat these reports as confidential and anonymous." Please make certain that the box is checked in order to opt-in to the program. 

Alternatively, customers will need to perform a Factory Upgrade on their stick. When they start a subsequent scan they will be prompted to agree to the License Agreement once more and they will need to make certain that the box beside "Allow FixMeStick to send data that will help us improve the product. We will treat these reports as confidential and anonymous" is checked.
