After the FixMeStick quarantines malicious files, there may be residual settings on your web browser that the malicious files altered. The most common issue users have been seeing is the message, "File XXX contained a virus and was deleted."
This can be easily fixed by following resetting your Internet Explorer browser settings. You can find instructions on how to do so from the Microsoft website HERE.
