To re-activate your FixMeStick, simply plug your FixMeStick in your computer and start the scanning process normally. After your computer reboots and launches FixMeStick, it will prompt you to renew your subscription.
You can also renew your subscription by accessing the customer portal. To access the customer portal, please click here.
Choose "Get a password," input your email with which you used to register FixMeStick, and follow the instructions to setup your account. Once logged into your account, you will be able to renew your subscription.
Alternatively, you can also renew your subscription by clicking on the renewal link in the email received before your subscription expire3.
