If your FixMeStick or StartMeStick subscription is set to auto-renew, you can turn it off at any time -- here's how.
How to Cancel Auto-Renew
- Go to our customer portal and sign in. (Never logged in before? Click Get a password.)
- Click "CANCEL AUTO RENEWAL" next to the stick you want to cancel.
That's it. Your current subscription keeps running until its end date -- your stick still works and stays up to date until then. You just won't be charged for another year at the end.
Before You Cancel
One thing worth knowing: auto-renew locks in your price for life. As long as it stays on, your renewal cost never goes up, even as our regular prices do. If you cancel and re-subscribe later, you'll pay current pricing.

When Does My Subscription Start?
- Bought from FixMeStick.com: subscription starts the day the order is placed.
- Bought from a retailer (Amazon, Best Buy, etc.): subscription starts the day the stick is first used.
