Orders that Can Be Tracked
- The majority of orders are able to be tracked. Tracking information can be found in your FixMeStick Account. Click here to log in.
- If you aren't able to locate a tracking link in your FixMeStick Account, please contact one of our agents via chat or email so that they can locate your order in our system.
Tip: Please include your order code (that begins with FMO, and is included on your receipt) when communicating with an agent. They will be able to help you much more efficiently if you include this information.
Orders that Cannot Be Tracked
- Dome orders shipped within Canada to PO Boxes and some international orders cannot be tracked.
Tip: If you did not purchase your FixMeStick off of our website, please contact the vendor that you purchased your stick from for more information.
