A Factory Upgrade will reset your StartMeStick. It is the best way to quickly fix a StartMeStick if it is not working as expected, and, to get the latest and greatest version of the StartMeStick software.
Here is how to Factory Upgrade:
1. Follow the Steps to Start your StartMeStick, but stop before clicking REBOOT AND START STARTMESTICK. Click Settings instead:
2. Click Factory Upgrade:
3. Your StartMeStick will now Factory Upgrade, which looks like so:
4. When the Factory Upgrade process is complete, you will see StartMeStick's main start window again, and you are good to go ahead and REBOOT AND AND START STARTMESTICK with a completely reset StartMeStick.
