Has a charge been placed on your credit card or PayPal account from FixMeStick, and you are unsure as to why this amount has been withdrawn from your account?
I Paid for a 30-Day Trial and I am Being Charged Again
This charge is due to the renewal of a one-year subscription with FixMeStick. Seeing that your payment information is linked to your FixMeStick, this is a charge that is automatically placed at the end of the 30-day trial.
If you do not want the one-year subscription, simply contact us via email at support@fixmestick.com and a representative will be able to cancel the one-year subscription. Please include the following information in your email:
- Full name
- Zip code or Postal code
- FixMeStick order number (starting in FMO)
- The serial number on the side of your FixMeStick (FMSXXXXXX)
I Signed Up for a One-Year Subscription with FixMeStick and I Was Unaware that I Would be Charged Annually on My Credit Card or PayPal Account
The auto-renew function is automatically activated when an order is placed, meaning there will be a pre-authorized payment passing on the credit card or PayPal account that was used for the initial subscription.
If you would prefer to manually renew your subscription on an annual basis, simply contact us via email at support@fixmestick.com and a representative will be able to remove the auto-renewal function from your account. Please include the following information in your email:
- Full name
- Serial number on the side of your FixMeStick
In the event that you have any questions or uncertainties regarding your billing with FixMeStick, our team will gladly provide you with all the necessary information and assistance!
